Soothe the mind and come into the heart via various sound based Yoga practices.
You will be guided in exploring how toning, chanting mantra and kirtan (devotional singing) can create harmony within. Voices will be supported by the sounds of harmonium and electronic tanpura to create a meditative soundscape. Whether familiar or new to the practice all are welcome to join me. Evening will conclude with a warming bowl of soup and a cuppa along with the opportunity to socialize.
